Latch on the front door stopped working, took the whole assembly in to Redmond's to make sure I got the right part, they knew exactly what I needed, put it on the lockset and tested it, found a small problem with the old lockset, made some adjustments — old lockset with a new latch works perfectly. In and out in less than 10 minutes and for under $20.00. Very reasonably priced and they know their business. Highly recommended.
My first visit was to have extra keys made for multiple doors and I was asked if I wanted the keys stamped. I had never been asked that before — easy to do and it helps ID the keys. Wonderful idea! My second call was to help get our front door open when the strike refused to budge. They sent Steve out to rescue us, and after a mild fight with the door he got the bad strike out and replaced it.
